Gregory Grugnale is an experienced M&A integration executive with a strong track record of leading integrations, aligning stakeholders, and driving efficiency. He is known for serving as the face of integration efforts and delivering strategic solutions. He currently serves as Vice President of Integration at Mosaic Health, where he leads onboarding and alignment of acquired care organizations within a national primary care platform backed by Clayton, Dubilier & Rice.

Previously, he led integration initiatives across UnitedHealth Group, UnitedHealthcare, and Optum, overseeing cross-functional transitions. Earlier in his career, he held a business development role at AARP Services, focusing on growth strategy and partnerships. He holds a BS in Finance from Babson College and completed executive education at Wharton.
