John K. Lines is a veteran healthcare legal executive with over four decades of experience in corporate law, regulatory compliance, and M&A. He currently serves as Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel of Cano Health, where he oversees legal strategy, governance, and compliance across the organization’s national primary care platform.

Previously, he held General Counsel roles at dPO Technologies and ATI Physical Therapy and served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at National HealthCare Corporation. Over his career, he has advised on thousands of transactions totaling more than $100 billion in value, with deep expertise in healthcare regulatory matters, corporate governance, securities, and financings. Mr. Lines holds a Doctor of Law from Indiana University Bloomington and a BS in Accounting and Finance from Purdue University, and is licensed to practice law in Ohio, Tennessee, and Illinois.
