As VP and Board Member of a $100M multi-site physician group, he led operational strategy and helped design an M&A framework that drove revenue growth. He aligned clinical quality with scalable operations across hospitals and surgery centers, achieving safety metrics that outperformed benchmarks. Dr. McIsaac advises health systems, private equity firms, and boards through McIsaac Consulting, focusing on transaction strategy, integration, and governance. A U.S. Army veteran, he holds an MD, MS, MBA, and completed executive training at MIT, Oxford, Bocconi, and NYU.
