Dr. Mary de Groot is COO for Quantum Healthcare Partners, focusing on growth, value creation, and market expansion. With over 30 years of experience, she leverages a clinical background to drive investment strategy and identify opportunities across the healthcare continuum.

Previously, she served as VP for Innovative Healthcare Group, where she helped generate over $1.4 billion in revenue through reimbursement optimization, cost reduction, and new revenue streams. She has led hospital transformations improving outcomes, productivity, and performance, with experience spanning operations, strategy, and M&A. Dr. de Groot practiced cardiology at Hartford Hospital and completed training in Internal Medicine and Cardiology at the University of Connecticut, with fellowships in Cardiac MRI and Heart Failure in Boston. She is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Trustees.
