Dr. Richard J. Juda is a results-oriented healthcare executive with over two decades of leadership experience and a strong record of improving financial and operational performance. He serves as President/CEO and founding partner of Quantum Health Partners, where he focuses on revitalizing divisions, strengthening services, and driving growth.

Previously, he spent more than 12 years as CEO of Innovative Healthcare Group, leading corporate oversight, restructuring, and M&A while building clinical platforms and expanding service lines. He is known for aligning administration and clinical teams to improve outcomes, retention, and care quality. Dr. Juda completed training in Surgery/Anesthesia and a Critical Care Trauma fellowship at Yale, is a Certified Physician Executive, and holds an MBA from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
