Tommy D. Branch, Jr. is an accomplished executive with more than 20 years of leadership experience in government relations, public affairs, and strategic program management across the public and nonprofit sectors. Based in Little Rock, Arkansas, he is recognized for fostering collaboration between organizations and government entities to advance policy goals, strengthen community partnerships, and drive organizational excellence.
As former Director of Day Programs and Assistant Director of Regional Support for Friendship Community Care, Inc., Tommy provided strategic oversight of statewide operations, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement. He successfully managed multimillion-dollar budgets, led high-performing teams, and represented organizational interests before local and state officials.
His background includes senior leadership roles with the Arkansas Department of Human Services and governance experience as Chairman of the Little Rock Area Public Education Stakeholder Group and as a former member of the Little Rock School Board. A skilled communicator and policy strategist, Tommy brings a results-oriented approach to aligning business priorities with government relations and community impact.
He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Project Management from Philander Smith University.
